The FNIRSI LCR-ST2 is a compact dual-mode LCR meter that supports both tweezer and Kelvin-clip testing, ideal for components of any size. It measures R/C/L, diodes, and up to 30V with five test frequencies and a 1.47" HD display. I have several portable testers with similar capabilities, this one has everything the others have plus portability. Measurements made with the gold colored tweezer or the Kelvin clips compare favorably with my heavy, non-portable bench top meter meter. Not sure about battery life, but that'll be a simple thing to figure out. For now, these will remain within reach, same as my Fluke meter and soldering station. I have several devices from Fnirsi, all are accurate and easy to operate. Big thanks to Fnirsi for selling quality test equipment at affordable prices.

This small portable tweezer is especially useful for testing SMD parts in circuit (unpowered of course). But you can also instantly convert it to use the kelvin bridge clamps to test larger components off circuit. I have also the LC1020E and can compare the functionality and precision. This little thing holds up quite well for about half the price.

I decided to purchase this item after reading an article in Elector magazine. After a little research the cheapest option was to order directly from FNIRSI and I chose the model with the additional Kelvin clips. The meter with its tweezer ends has made my management of those tiny SMDs so much easier and it seems very accurate. The English instructions are perfectly clear and very well written.
